REQUIREMENTS FOR PRC LICENSED PROFESSIONAL APPLICANT (Real Estate Consultant, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Broker)
1. Latest 2” x 2” Colored photograph. (Face on photograph must be against white background)
2. Clear copy of PRC Certificate of Registration or PRC Professional Identification Card
3. Clear copy of proof of payment/deposit of PHP3,500 to BPI Savings Account Number 00413-1815-64 (Association for the Protection of Real Estate Service Professionals Inc)
REQUIREMENTS FOR PRC / DHSUD ACCREDITED SALESPERSONS APPLICANT
1. Latest 2” x 2” Colored photograph. (Face on photograph must be against white background)
2. Clear copy of PRC/DHSUD Certificate Of Registration Or PRC/DHSUD Salesperson Identification Card
3. Clear copy of proof of payment/deposit of PHP2,500 to BPI Savings Account Number 00413-1815-64 (Association for the Protection of Real Estate Service Professionals Inc)
REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBER CANDIDATE TRAINEE APPLICANT
Must be Filipino with at least two (2) years college education
1. Latest 2” x 2” Colored photograph. (Face on photograph must be against white background)
2. Clear copy of valid government issued ID card
3. Clear copy of proof of payment/deposit of PHP2,500 to BPI Savings Account Number 00413-1815-64 (Association for the Protection of Real Estate Service Professionals Inc)
